We analyze current trends, program changes, and pricing to accurately predict Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP) needs in line with national security goals. By managing resources efficiently, we provide useful data to address questions about Ships Operations, Air, and Combat Operations, especially for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) queries from OPNAV and Echelon II commands.
Logistics
With over 38 years of experience with the U.S. Navy, we provide strong expertise in logistics. Our planning covers surface, aviation, expeditionary, and special warfare areas. We have the knowledge, practical experience, and resources to quickly analyze large datasets and deliver useful solutions to our clients.
Software Solutions
Our software engineering team has over 30 years of combined experience in creating automated web applications and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) solutions, mainly focused on financial and logistics data. We are skilled in hosting applications on-premises and with top cloud providers like AWS and Azure. Our expertise includes C#, Python, SQL/RDBMS, APIs, and various JavaScript frameworks. We have successfully designed and delivered over a dozen software applications for a wide range of clients. Our areas of work include custom web development, mobile app development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Business Intelligence reporting. We have specific knowledge in Navy accounting and logistics systems, as well as systems for major banks.
Past Performance
•Program Management: Led program management efforts in support of the U.S. Navy's Supply Chain Management Information Technology software solution.
•Executive Leadership: Directed a team of over 600 civilian and military personnel responsible for material storage, processing, and transportation in alignment with U.S. DoD Warfighter missions.
•Agile Software Delivery: Facilitated an Agile process for delivering an enterprise software solution, the Naval Operational Supply System (NOSS), designed to serve the Naval Operational Forces, including Maritime, Aviation, Expeditionary, and Shore Support Units.
•Financial Execution Expertise: Served as a Program Subject Matter Expert in software solution delivery for the U.S. Navy's financial execution value stream, pioneering a new process for material accounting and fund execution for DoN operational forces.
•Legacy System Migration: Supported the Commander, Naval Reserve Forces in transitioning from legacy accounting systems (STARS-FL and FASTDATA) to CFMS-C (Command Financial Management System-Consolidated) and SABRS (Standard Accounting Budgeting and Reporting System).
•Business Intelligence: Designed, built, and tested business intelligence tools and reports to capture financial reporting data attributes for executive data calls.
•Systems Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in various DoN systems, including DLA DAAS, DLATS, MILSTRIP, MILSTRAP, MILSBILLS, SABRS, CFMS-C, NFS, and NOSS.
